Coronary Angioplasty on Patient with Triple Vessel Disease with Very Poor LV Function (Ischaemic Cardiomyopathy)
Mr. Wakil Singh, a 52 year old normotensive, non-diabetic, non-smoker male with an unremarkable past medical history, was admitted in our OPD with progressively worsening exertional breathlessness and palpitation of 6 month duration with the clinical diagnosis of Ischaemic Cardiomyopathy. His 2D Ecdocardiography revealed Dilated Left Ventricular cavity, severe generalized hypokinesia and severe systoloc LV dysfunction with Ejection Fraction of 20% LVIDd was 6.5 cm, LVIDs was 6.05 cm.
